The decision was upon an appeal of the Mennen Company against an order of the Federal Trade Commission. This order forbade the Mennen Company to adopt any system of discount upon the basis of a classification of its customers as jobbers, wholesalers, retailers, ” or any similar classification which relates to the customers’ form of organization, business policy, business methods.

The tragic news filtered out of Chicago on Friday, March 27, 2015 that Lil Durk's manager, OTF Chino, was shot and killed in the city the night before. According to The Chicago Tribune, Chino, was sitting in his car outside of a restaurant in Avalon Park when some gunmen approached the vehicle on foot and fired into the car. Though, other two individuals in the vehicle sustained gunshot wounds, Chino didn't make it out alive.

A 32-year-old man who drowned at a Washington water park over the weekend may have been submerged for 15 minutes before lifeguards found him at the bottom of a pool, according to witness accounts. Vijayarengan Srinivasan, a programmer who had moved to Washington state from India just two weeks earlier, died Saturday in a pool at Wild Waves Water Park. Children who said they saw a body at the bottom of a pool alerted a lifeguard, but they were initially dismissed because the 21-year-old lifeguard “believed that they were pranking him and did not think anything of it,” according to a Federal Way Police Department report.

The Bodi or Me'en people, settled in the remote lower part of the Omo valley river of Southern Ethiopia, are a semi-nomadic tribe of mainly livestock farmers and agriculturalists who revere their cattle. They are a proud tribe who have been able to preserve their ancient cultures despite the modern world and civilisation. The mysterious tribe still engage in barter trade system. One of the mind-boggling traditions that still persist is the Fat Man contest during the Ka'el ceremony where every family is expected to produce a man to compete to be the fattest man of the year.
